Check-in is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Please make prior arrangements for late arrivals or departures.
Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations will be confirmed with payment in full for a one-night stay or 50% deposit for two or more nights by MasterCard, VISA, personal check, or money order. Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations received 10 days before the reservation date will beentitled to a full refund minus a $20.00 service fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made within the 9 days prior to and including the reservation date.
Rates*
Rates are based upon double occupancy. There is a $25 charge for each additional person in a room. A quality air mattress is available in the Suite. The other rooms will not accommodate an extra bed.
In-season: Winter—December through February
In-season: Summer—June through August
All in-season reservations require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends (Friday–Sunday)
Amanda’s Chamber – $100 per night +tax
Victoria’s Chamber – $115 per night +tax
Shannon’s Suite – $125 per night +tax

Environment
Our house is smoke free. You are welcome to smoke on the front porch. Non-compliance will result in a minimum $100 cleaning charge. There are no exceptions to this policy.We are sorry, no pets are allowed; Chloe,our cat, holds court.

• Call for reservations during hours you wouldn't mind being called. We do not have 24 hour coverage. If we do not answer, please leave a message or email us.
• Make reservations as early as possible. We have just 3 rooms. Depending upon the time the year, special events or other conditions, rooms in our area are often booked.
• Please let us know your approximate arrival time. If this changes, we would appreciate a call. We look forward to your visit and want to be sure to greet you warmly when you arrive.
• Please review and respect our reservation and accommodation policies.
• Please be respectful of other guests during your stay.
• Should you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible.

We welcome your use of our downstairs rooms and gardens for eating, playing games, relaxing or watching TV or a movie. Our hope is that you will be relaxed and not feel confined to your room.
Directions
From Rte. 30 North, turn right at Northville and cross the bridge into town. Turn left onto Fourth Street. The B&B is on the far right corner, one block north.
