Richmond’s Reflections B&B is nestled on a corner property

by Great Sacandaga Lake and the Sacandaga River.

We are proud of our Adirondack foothills home (we’ve been renovating it for thirty-five years!). Our Victorian gardens are splashed with color and care from early spring through snowfall. In autumn, the house begins to glow inside and out with holiday lights to brighten short days throughout the winter sports and travel season.

The open kitchen and dining areas, with a windowed breakfast nook looking out to gardens, encourage nourishment, relaxation and friendly chatter. A pervasive Victorian atmosphere draws guests to the comfort of a glowing fire, parlor games, reading or conversation. The “pot” is always on, the corn is popping and feline Chloe holds court with purring contentedness.

Victorian Charm
Upstairs, two lovely chambers and a two-room suite await guests. Travelers, hikers, skiers, snowmobilers, snowshoers, out-of-town family, business people and romantic couples come to enjoy a Victorian stay for a weekend or a week. Careful blending of the past and present means you’ll find nostalgic antiques, a new jacuzzi and hospitable respite appointments. Socialize or relax with a book, movie, or cable TV in comfortable solitude.

Delicious Breakfasts
The aromas of early morning delights permeate the air: freshly ground brewed coffee, succulent bacon or sausage, a delightful quiche. Refreshed from a relaxing sleep, we’ll treat your taste buds to a cup of individually prepared fruit, the breakfast offering of the day, and warm conversation with table guests and hosts.

From spring to fall the front porch is appointed with comfortable wicker furniture. The backyard has two seating areas with tables and pillowed chairs amidst manicured gardens. In winter, windows in our warm breakfast nook showcase the Adirondack bird community at our feeders.

We do not permit smoking in the house; ashtrays are provided for smoking on the front porch or in the rear of the house. We have off-street parking. Cell phone connections in Northville are at present unreliable. We cannot accommodate your pets.

Comfort and Amenities
All rooms and suites are newly carpeted, include elegant private baths and queen beds. All are equipped with cable TV/DVD, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker and a teapot. Our two guest rooms and a duplex guest suite are proudly named for our granddaughters Amanda, Shannon, and Victoria.
